Ali took us very seriously, even though our property was not particularly a high-end place.

He and his team were courteous, friendly, personable, easy to work with and highly proactive and responsive. We ended up selling our place at a good price and without hassles. This is the 4th property we've sold, but the first time we've worked with the Haghgoo team. Ali was always calm and reassuring even when I wasn't! In his initial interview, he gathered information specific to me so he never bothered me with small details that he could negotiate because he already know what I wanted. He impressed me with his extensive knowledge of the area and his attention to details. He always made time to answer any questions. I would use this team again and highly recommend them. We just knew, from the moment we met the THT team we wanted them to represent us.

As prospective buyers "just looking" for our new home we wandered into a home with the Haghgoo team inside. The very next day they were in our living room and we were asking them to represent us. The day after we listed, our house sold on our first open house..in 24 hours! Ali took us to as many viewing as we could work in, in the coming weeks, even 4-5 in a day sometimes, to find our perfect home, and help us to meet our buyers desired move-in date with the home of our dreams. When we found it, He and his team did everything for us, from setting us up with the perfect Mortgage co., to all the necessary inspections, and working with our buyers and their needs for our home. "I usually would not write reviews but I feel like the communication of the realtor was so poor that I wanted to let others know my experience. While applying for a rental they have listed, I paid $195 dollars to apply my family for this rental after speaking with Mehvish. I was told there would be an open house on that following Saturday as well. After that, I was not able to get a hold of the realtor for days. I saw the open house was changed so we showed up on Friday at the time listed and it was clear they were not prepared. We were met with the lovely family that owned the home but they were still moving, the house was not ready, and the realtor was not present for the open house. The owner ended up telling us we could rent the place and that we were the only applicants and let us know we could have it by Monday. I struggled to get in touch with Mehvish the entire weekend and Monday and Tuesday was the same. I finally get a hold of her and she lets me know that they want to wait for more applicants and could let me know in maybe three more days but she was not sure how long I would need to wait. I had been told multiple conflicting things and had not been able to get clear answers every time I called. The communication was very poor and unprofessional and overall made me feel very uncomfortable. It is not easy to rent in this economy so waiting over a week for an answer was very confusing after being told from the owners that we had a place. I feel like we were treated very poorly overall and it caused me a great deal of stress while trying to find a home to rent for my family. It is understandable that owners may want to select other candidates but to drag the only applicant they had along and leave me thinking we had a home when we didn’t was disheartening. As I said, the lack of communication was the biggest factor. I am very relieved I decided to rent from a different realtor and received a much better experience and communication."

We were so impressed by his knowledge of the property (which wasn’t right for us) we asked him to help with our search. Over the course of a year, Ali helped us refine what we were looking for and spent many weekend mornings with us visiting properties all over our target area.
